Drinking more water also has the benefit of curing a migraine and can act as a pain killer.

The human body contains anywhere between 50% – 80% water depending on the size of ones body. Basically 2/3 of your body is made up of water and it is the main component of human body. It’s has the same importance as oil would be to your car. Did you know that your tissues and organs are mainly made up of water?

  • The Brain consists of 90% water
  • Bones consists of 22% of water
  • Your Blood consists of 83% water

The functions of water in human body are as follows:

For example, your brain consists of 90% water. If you do not supply enough water to your body, your brain cannot function properly, and you could potentially encounter a bad headache or migraine.
